Users who believe they qualify for a refund should follow these steps:

QuickHyre will verify the issue and may request additional information. Please allow up to 7 business days for this review process.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original payment date.
